insivo

How insivo works. One team to start, then the whole company.

You begin with one team and one process. After that, insivo grows with every interview and every data point.

Five steps. Each with a result.

Step 1

Onboarding

We start with one team and one process from start to finish, such as order processing. We set up insivo, connect your systems and work closely with the team in the first weeks.

Step 2

Interview

insivo runs AI interviews with everyone who works in the process. By voice or text, whenever it fits into the day. In parallel it reads your system data, such as orders and stock from the ERP.

Analyse

From interviews and data, insivo builds a model of your company: every step, every handover, every bottleneck. Every statement has a source, every bottleneck a price in hours and euros.

Bottlenecks quantifiedPrioritised
1Manual stock check before order confirmation7 h / week · ≈ €15,000 / year
2Queries between sales and order desk4 h / week · ≈ €9,000 / year
3Waiting for price approvals1 to 2 days delay per quote
Estimates with clear assumptions. Every statement with a source.

Step 4

Improve

For each bottleneck, insivo suggests concrete improvements and calculates what they are worth. You implement them with insivo, step by step and without a project. Afterwards insivo measures the result.

ImplementedStock check before order confirmation automated≈ 6 h / week · follow-up measurement running
SuggestedOrder status visible to sales in the ERP≈ 3 h / week · ready to implement

Step 5

Extend

Once the first process runs better, you bring in the next team. insivo suggests where it pays off next. Or you decide yourself. Onboarding is the same as for the first team.

With every team, insivo gets more precise.

Every person, every interview and every data point extend the model of your company. The more insivo knows, the more bottlenecks it finds.

How do we start?
With an onboarding for one department and a small team. We set up insivo, connect your systems and start the first interviews. Within a few weeks you see the first bottlenecks in hours and euros.
Is this a project?
No. After onboarding, insivo keeps running as your software. You extend to further teams and departments whenever you want. We help when you need us.
What does our team have to contribute?
Short AI interviews whenever they fit into the working day. Plus one contact person and access to the systems we connect.
Do we need an IT department for this?
No. We connect your systems during onboarding. A first start also works with an export from your ERP.
Will employees feel evaluated?
No. insivo looks at processes, not performance. Bottlenecks are tied to steps, handovers and waiting times, not to people.
Who implements the improvements?
You do, with insivo. insivo suggests the improvements, calculates what they are worth and measures the result after implementation. On request, we also fix bottlenecks for you.
How do we measure the impact?
Before each improvement, insivo records the baseline, such as lead time, hours or cost, and measures again afterwards. Before that, they are estimates with clear assumptions. An improvement counts only once the measurement shows it.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays your data. Which systems we connect, where the data is stored and how data processing is regulated is agreed together before onboarding.
We have our own process or in-house consulting team. Does insivo still fit?
Yes. insivo takes over capturing and quantifying, your team focuses on the improvements. The model of your company stays current instead of going stale at sign-off.
How is insivo different from process mining?
Process mining analyses event data from systems. insivo links that data with what your team describes in the interviews. That also reveals side lists, informal arrangements and exceptions that no system records.

Let's find your first bottleneck.

30 minutes. We check whether insivo fits and which team you start with.
